About Code Red Fire and Safety
Code Red Fire and Safety is dedicated to providing the ultimate in customer satisfaction with our team of fire professionals. Code Red Fire and Safety’s approved Fire Safety Plans are tailored to each individual building. In order to develop your plan, CFS will conduct a building audit, create computerized Autocad drawings showing all fire & life safety devices, produce fire procedures for fire wardens & occupants, and meet with your AHJ to obtain approval.
Ontario Fire Code Requirements
Buildings Requiring Fire Safety Plans The Fire Code (Section 2.8 – Emergency Planning) requires a fire safety plan to be prepared for:
• Group A & B (assembly & institutional) occupancies,
• Group C (residential) occupancies (occupant load exceeding 10),
• Group D & E (business, personal service and mercantile) occupancies (occupant load exceeding 300), • Group F – Division 1 (high hazard industrial) occupancies (occupant load exceeding 25),
• Group F – Division 2 (medium hazard industrial) occupancies (occupant load exceeding 100),
• Group F – Division 3 (low hazard industrial occupancies (occupant load exceeding 300),
• Buildings containing 4 or more storeys (including below grade),
• Outdoor tire storage yards,
• Buildings containing flammable and combustible liquids exceeding 500 L or 250 L of Class I liquids,
• Laboratories where flammable or combustible liquids are used or handled
• Every building required by the Building Code to have a Fire Alarm System.

FIRE WARDEN TRAINING WITH FIRE DRILL & EXTINGUISHER TRAINING           - $550.00

FIRE CODE CONSULTING - $80.00 per hour
